I’m proud to announce that I’ll be presenting another CLE seminar for the Louisville Bar Association. Adopting a Blue Ocean Strategy for New Business Development will provide insights into ways to generate incremental clients and markets.
This presentation helps attorneys and law firms to identify and evaluate new revenue opportunities. The “blue ocean strategy” concept has been used for years to refine existing client markets, define additional market opportunities and to take direct steps to evaluate and implement new business initiatives.
The goal is to help legal professionals to understand tactics and techniques that will focus their efforts. Blue ocean strategies can be used by senior partners and members of boutique firms to uncover ways to effectively grow their client bases.
As an MBA and former director of a medical malpractice litigation firm, I’ve used this concept to help firms better understand how to define markets, evaluate their profitability and implement a plan to pursue the viable markets.
